Make Properties STAND OUT with Virtual Twilights
Studies have shown that MLS listings with twilight shots are clicked 8x MORE than regular photos. But not everyone has the time (or money) to hire a photographer to wait around until sunset. Luckily for us, there is Photoshop ;P Digital Twilights are an easy add-on to take your marketing to the next level.
What to Expect
Digital Twilights are made by converting one of the regular images I take of your property using Photoshop, so there is no extra work or time that needs to be planned when scheduling photos. Just let me know if you’d like to do them, and I’ll be happy to work my Photoshop magic! I typically do the straight-on front-facing shot and a backyard shot if the property has a firepit or pool.
Locations
I travel anywhere my agents do! Locations outside of 1 hour from Anderson, Indiana, are $25. However, if you are a regular agent of mine, I waive this fee. As much as I am helping you market a property, I am also helping you market yourself as an agent. Part of that is having consistent photo quality for all of your clients, so you won’t have to worry about finding another photographer if you sell a house outside of your normal area.
Digital Files
Your images will be delivered via an online gallery (Similar to Dropbox or Google Drive…just prettier). You can also share this gallery with the homeowners so they can have the photos for their memories as well!
Privacy and Sharing
Feel free to share photos with your homeowners and your office staff or use them for marketing materials.
Prices and Payment Methods
Add on Twilight photos on your next listing for only $25. This covers my extra editing time and will be added to your monthly invoice with your normal photos!
