Make Properties SHOW THEIR POTENTIAL with Virtual Staging
Some properties need a little extra help looking their best. We can’t always control what the house looks like when we need to sell it and virtual staging can be a great way to show potential buyers the possibilities of the space without needing to store a whole bunch of furniture and art to do it yourself or hiring a full staging if your budget is tight.
What to Expect
Virtual Staging is made by converting one of the regular images I take of your property using Photoshop, so there is no extra work or time that needs to be planned when scheduling photos. Just let me know if you’d like to do them—or my favorite—if I’m allowed to use my discretion, and I’ll be happy to work my Photoshop magic! I typically do some small decluttering on site or in editing without an additional charge but I’ll include both versions whenever I do anything extensive enough to warrant an add on.
Locations
I travel anywhere my agents do! Locations outside of 1 hour from Anderson, Indiana, are $25. However, if you are a regular agent of mine, I waive this fee. As much as I am helping you market a property, I am also helping you market yourself as an agent. Part of that is having consistent photo quality for all of your clients, so you won’t have to worry about finding another photographer if you sell a house outside of your normal area.
Digital Files
Your images will be delivered via an online gallery (Similar to Dropbox or Google Drive…just prettier). You can also share this gallery with the homeowners so they can have the photos for their memories as well!
Privacy and Sharing
Feel free to share photos with your homeowners and your office staff or use them for marketing materials.
Prices and Payment Methods
Virtual Staging can be purchased for individual rooms for $25 a piece, or you can do a full set (living room, Dining/Kitchen, Primary Bedroom, Kids Bedroom, Office, or Patio) for $125. These fees will be added to your monthly invoice and can be paid with regular photos!
