What to Expect
I specialize in making things easy! Photos are done quickly. Most houses take 30-45 minutes to complete. I use long exposure and flash to make even dark houses look naturally lit without the need for lights on in the house. This creates a clean look without over-editing, and I can pass the editing cost savings on to you!
Locations
I travel anywhere my agents do! Locations outside of 1 hour from Anderson, Indiana, are $25. However, if you are a regular agent of mine, I waive this fee. As much as I am helping you market a property, I am also helping you market yourself as an agent. Part of that is having consistent photo quality for all of your clients, so you won’t have to worry about finding another photographer if you sell a house outside of your normal area.
Digital Files
Your images will be delivered via an online gallery (Similar to Dropbox or Google Drive…just prettier). You can also share this gallery with the homeowners so they can have the photos for their memories as well!
Privacy and Sharing
Feel free to share photos with your homeowners and your office staff or use them for marketing materials.
Prices and Payment Methods
Prices are calculated by your listing’s square footage, and invoices are sent out via email at the end of the month. A 10% discount is automatically applied to invoices with 5 or more properties for a volume discount!
