Add Drone Photos to SHOW OFF your property
When your next property comes with acreage, you’ll want to show it off! I am Part 107 certified and carry an FAA-issued license to make sure you get the best service and follow all legal guidelines.
What to Expect
Drone photos are typically done after regular photos and take about 15 to 20 minutes to complete. Drone photos include property lines, acrage callouts, and street labeling. I also label any locations that it may be helpful to feature (schools, hospitals, golf course, etc) I can also label streams or bike trails.
Locations
I travel anywhere my agents do! Locations outside of 1 hour from Anderson, Indiana, are $25. However, if you are a regular agent of mine, I waive this fee. As much as I am helping you market a property, I am also helping you market yourself as an agent. Part of that is having consistent photo quality for all of your clients, so you won’t have to worry about finding another photographer if you sell a house outside of your normal area.
Digital Files
Your images will be delivered via an online gallery (Similar to Dropbox or Google Drive…just prettier). You can also share this gallery with the homeowners so they can have the photos for their memories as well!
Privacy and Sharing
Feel free to share photos with your homeowners and your office staff or use them for marketing materials.
Prices and Payment Methods
Add on Drone Photos to your next listing for only $50. This covers my extra time/equipment and will be added to your monthly invoice with your normal photos!
